In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Semaphorin 6B and rhSemaphorin 6D is observed, 5% cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 6A is observed, and less than 3% cross-reactivity with rhSemaphorin 3A, rhSemaphorin 3B, recombinant mouse (rm) Semaphorin 3C, rmSemaphorin 3E, rmSemaphorin 3F, and rmSemaphorin 7A is observed.

Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information

This gene product is a member of the semaphorin family of proteins. Semaphorins represent important molecular signals controlling multiple aspects of the cellular response that follows CNS injury, and thus may play an important role in neural regeneration.
