Goat anti-Pig IgG (H+L) antibody recognizes porcine IgG heavy and light chains. It reacts specifically with porcine IgG and with light chains common to other pig immunoglobulins, as demonstrated by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.
Target Information
Anti-Pig secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and have well-characterized specificity for porcine immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification applications. Secondary antibodies enhance assay versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification through multiple bindings to a single primary antibody.
