- Paraffin 절편 염색 시, pH 6.0 sodium citrate buffer를 이용한 열 매개 항원 회복(heat-mediated antigen retrieval)을 권장합니다.
- Western blot에서 인간 HL60 세포 추출물에서 약 26.4 kDa 밴드를 검출합니다.
- 양성 대조군으로 rat brain을 권장합니다.
- Rabbit anti-Human adiponectin antibody는 244 아미노산 단백질인 adiponectin(Acrp30)의 C-terminal 영역을 인식합니다.
- Adiponectin은 지방 조직에서 분비되는 주요 adipokine으로, 포도당 조절 및 지방산 대사를 포함한 대사 조절에 관여합니다.
Target Information
Adiponectin은 지방세포(adipocytes)에서만 분비되는 단백질 호르몬으로, 지질과 포도당 대사를 조절합니다.
비만, 인슐린 저항성, 고인슐린혈증(제2형 당뇨병)과 관련된 감소된 adiponectin 수치가 보고되었습니다.
마우스 모델에서 adiponectin은 인슐린 신호를 개선하고, AMP kinase 및 PPAR-alpha 활성화를 통해 근육 내 지방산 산화 및 운반을 증가시켜 인슐린 감수성을 향상시킵니다.
