Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase belonging to the SRC-related TEC subfamily. Mutations in the BTK gene are linked to severe developmental blocks in human B-cell ontogeny and immunodeficiency disorders.
BTK interacts with toll-like receptor (TLR) family members such as TLR4, TLR6, TLR8, and TLR9, which are critical for innate and adaptive immunity. BTK also interacts with key proteins in TLR4 signal transduction (MyD88, TIRAP, IRAK) but not TRAF-6, suggesting involvement in lipopolysaccharide signal transduction.
