Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful in the detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets.
Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility, enabling the use of multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence). They can also enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled mouse immunoglobulins and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
