Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 확립된 친화 정제 항체입니다. 이러한 항체는 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용하며, HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상이 가능합니다. 대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖는 시약으로 정제 및 변형됩니다.
