Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FATE1 gene encodes a cancer-testis antigen highly expressed in hepatocellular carcinomas and other tumors, with weak expression in normal tissues except testis.
FATE1 protein is strongly expressed in spermatogonia, primary spermatocytes, and Sertoli cells in seminiferous tubules.
It may play a role in early testicular differentiation and cell proliferation.
