Target Information
GTD2A는 대부분의 코딩 서열이 Charlie8 반복 요소로부터 유래한 특이한 유전자입니다. mRNA 및 EST 증거에 따르면 이 유전자는 실제로 전사되며, 마우스에서 78%의 서열 동일성을 가진 상동 단백질이 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 GTF2I 유사 반복(helix-loop-helix 모티프)을 포함하고 있어 전사 인자로 추정되며, GTF2IRD1 및 GTF2I와 함께 염색체 7q11.23 영역에 클러스터되어 있습니다.
