Target Information
GTD2A는 주로 Charlie8 반복 서열에서 유래한 코딩 서열을 가지며, mRNA 및 EST 증거에 따라 발현이 확인된 유전자입니다. 이 단백질은 마우스 상동체와 78%의 서열 유사성을 가지며, 기능은 명확히 밝혀지지 않았지만 GTF2I 유사 반복 서열(helix-loop-helix 모티프 포함)을 기반으로 전사 인자 역할을 할 것으로 추정됩니다. GTF2IRD1 및 GTF2I와 함께 염색체 7q11.23에 군집되어 있습니다.
