Target Information
GTD2A는 대부분 Charlie8 반복 서열로부터 유래된 코딩 서열을 가지며, mRNA 및 EST 증거에 따르면 실제로 전사되어 단백질을 생성합니다. 이 단백질은 마우스 상동체와 78%의 서열 유사성을 가지며, 그 기능은 정확히 알려지지 않았습니다. GTF2I 유사 반복 서열(helix-loop-helix 모티프 포함)을 지녀 전사인자로 추정되며, GTF2IRD1 및 GTF2I와 함께 염색체 7q11.23 영역에 클러스터되어 있습니다.
