Target Information
RNF174 (MARCH4)는 주로 골지체 막에서 발견되는 다중 통과 막 단백질로, RING-CH-type zinc finger를 포함한 복합 효소입니다. 이 단백질은 유비퀴틴-단백질 리가아제로 작용하여 유비퀴틴 결합의 세 번째 단계에 관여합니다. RINGv-type zinc finger 도메인은 E3 리가아제 활성을 위해 필요하며, E3 유비퀴틴-단백질 리가아제가 MHC-I 및 CD4의 유비퀴틴화를 매개하여 이들의 엔도사이토시스 및 리소좀으로의 이동을 촉진합니다. 주로 뇌와 태반에서 발현됩니다.
