Target Information
Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with dual-specificity for cAMP and cGMP, key regulators of various physiological processes. May play a role in fat metabolism and regulates cAMP binding of RAPGEF3. Forms a signaling complex with RAPGEF3 and PIK3R6, activating the PI3K gamma complex involved in angiogenesis.
