Target Information
Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with dual specificity for cAMP and cGMP, both key regulators of many physiological processes. PDE3B may play a role in fat metabolism and regulates cAMP binding of RAPGEF3. It forms a signaling complex with RAPGEF3 and PIK3R6, activating the PI3K gamma complex involved in angiogenesis.
