For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FOXO1 (FKHR, Forkhead Box O1) is a transcription factor belonging to the forkhead family. It can function as a coactivator or corepressor of nuclear receptor activity via the LXXLL motif in its C-terminal region.
FOXO1 interacts with PAX3 and is implicated in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma. It plays key roles in autophagy, myogenic differentiation, redox regulation, and metabolic homeostasis in response to oxidative stress.
FOXO1 binds to insulin response elements (IRE) and Daf-16 family binding elements (DBE), regulating genes involved in glucose metabolism such as IGFBP1, G6PC, and PPCK1.
Additionally, FOXO1 influences osteoblast regulation, bone mass control, and the endocrine function of the skeleton by modulating RUNX2 and osteocalcin/BGLAP expression.
