For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

MAP2K3 (MEK3) is a dual-specificity protein kinase involved in cellular signal transduction pathways.
It phosphorylates and activates MAPK14/p38-MAPK and can be activated by insulin, playing a role in glucose transporter expression.
RAS oncogene expression leads to accumulation of active MAP2K3, resulting in constitutive MAPK14 activation and oncogenic transformation.
Inhibition of MAP2K3 is associated with the pathogenesis of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported for MEK3.
