Target Information
HDG11은 건조 스트레스 내성의 양성 조절자로 작용하는 전사 인자입니다. CIPK3, NCED3, ERECTA를 활성화할 수 있으며, 세포벽 이완 관련 단백질 유전자들의 프로모터 내 HD 모티프에 직접 결합하여 전사 활성화를 유도합니다. 이러한 표적 유전자들은 뿌리 발달 및 성장과 관련된 세포벽 신장 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 HDG11은 jasmonate(JA) 생합성에 관여하는 CYP74A/AOS, AOC3, OPR3 및 4CLL5/OPCL1 유전자를 활성화하며, JA 신호전달은 auxin 신호를 활성화하여 측근 형성을 촉진합니다. 이 단백질은 trichome 가지 형성의 음성 조절자이며, 꽃받침의 하측 거대세포 형성에 필요합니다. 또한 뿌리 및 줄기 분열조직 발달 중 세포 분화와 증식 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
