Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MIP-4 (CCL18). Anti-Human MIP-4 (CCL18)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and subsequently biotinylated.

Sandwich ELISA:
For detecting Human MIP-4 (CCL18) by sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well antibody solution), use 0.25–1.0 µg/mL of this antibody. In conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human MIP-4 (CCL18) (500-P108) as a capture antibody, detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant MIP-4 (CCL18) is possible.

Western Blot:
For detecting hMIP-4 by Western blot, use at 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. With compatible secondary reagents, detection limit for recombinant hMIP-4 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
