Product Specific Information
- AA Sequence: discontinued
- Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human Exodus-2 (CCL21). The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography using an immobilized Human Exodus-2 (CCL21) matrix.
- Sandwich ELISA: For detection of Human Exodus-2 (CCL21), use 0.5–2.0 µg/mL antibody concentration (100 µL/well). In conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human Exodus-2 (CCL21) (500-P109Bt), it detects at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant protein.
- Western Blot: Recommended concentration 0.1–0.2 µg/mL. Detection limit for recombinant CCL21 is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Target Information
CCL21은 chromosome 9의 p-arm에 위치한 여러 CC cytokine 유전자 중 하나입니다.
이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 면역 조절 및 염증 반응에 관여하는 분비성 사이토카인으로, 두 개의 인접한 cysteine을 특징으로 합니다.
Thymocytes 및 활성화된 T 세포에 대해 화학주성(chemotactic)을 나타내며, B 세포, 대식세포 또는 호중구에는 작용하지 않습니다.
또한 림프구가 2차 림프기관으로 이동(homing)하는 데 관여할 수 있으며, CCR7 수용체에 대한 고친화성 리간드로 알려져 있습니다.
