재구성 시, 증류수 100 µL을 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 조정하는 것을 권장합니다.
Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
Target Information
Bromodeoxyuridine (5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine, BrdU)는 thymidine의 합성 유사체로, 세포 증식 탐지에 널리 사용됩니다.
BrdU는 DNA 복제 과정(S phase) 동안 새로 합성된 DNA에 포함되어 thymidine을 대체할 수 있습니다.
BrdU 특이 항체는 이 화합물을 검출하여 DNA를 활발히 복제 중인 세포를 확인할 수 있습니다.
항체 결합을 위해서는 DNA 변성이 필요하며, 일반적으로 산 또는 열 처리 과정을 통해 수행됩니다.
