For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

Neurofilaments are type IV intermediate filament heteropolymers composed of light, medium, and heavy chains. They form the axoskeleton and maintain neuronal caliber, playing roles in intracellular transport to axons and dendrites.
The encoded medium neurofilament protein is a biomarker of neuronal damage.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.
