Product Specific Information
eBioscience의 PCH101 항체는 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 아미노 말단을 인식하며, CD4+CD25+ 조절 T세포(Treg)의 FOXP3 발현 분석에 유용합니다.
이 항체는 인간, 붉은털원숭이, 침팬지 및 마카크에서 교차반응을 보입니다.
Flow cytometry 분석 시 5 µL(0.5 µg)/test로 사용되며, 100 µL 최종 부피에서 10⁵~10⁸ 세포를 대상으로 합니다.
Alexa Fluor® 700은 633 nm 레이저로 여기되며 723 nm에서 방출됩니다. 대부분의 장비는 685 LP 미러와 710/20 필터가 필요합니다.
제조 후 0.2 µm 필터로 여과 처리되었습니다.
Target Information
FOXP3(Forkhead box protein 3)는 면역 항상성 유지에 필수적인 전사조절 인자로, 포유류에서 고도로 보존되어 있습니다.
CD25+CD4+ 조절 T세포에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 결함 시 인간에서는 IPEX 증후군을 유발할 수 있습니다.
FOXP3는 면역조절 및 자가면역 질환 연구에서 중요한 표지자로 사용됩니다.
