These antibodies recognize multiple epitope sites on the target, offering higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets.
Each lot is produced with a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, eliminating variability typical of polyclonal production.
This antibody is predicted to react with Mouse.

Target Information
Histones are basic nuclear proteins responsible for nucleosome structure in eukaryotic chromatin. Two molecules each of H2A, H2B, H3, and H4 form an octamer around which ~146 bp of DNA is wrapped to create nucleosomes.
The linker histone H1 interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes, contributing to chromatin compaction.
The H4 gene is intronless, encodes a histone H4 family member, lacks a polyA tail, and contains a palindromic termination element.
It is located within the large histone gene cluster on chromosome 6.
