Target Information
ASAP2는 β 패밀리에 속하는 다중 도메인 단백질로, 두 개의 ANK 반복 서열, Arf-GAP 도메인, PH 도메인 및 SH3 도메인을 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 골지체와 세포막에 위치하며, 단백질 티로신 키나아제 2-β(PYK2)와 공위치하며 복합체를 형성합니다. ASAP2는 활성화된 PYK2에 의해 티로신 인산화되며, PYK2 및 SRC의 하위 표적 역할을 합니다. 이는 소형 GTPase인 ARF1, ARF5, ARF6을 활성화하여 골지체 이후 소포 형성과 분비 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 Fcγ 수용체 및 ARF6 매개 식세포 작용을 조절하며, 심장, 뇌, 태반, 신장, 단핵구, 췌장에서 주로 발현되고 단핵구 성숙 시 상향 조절됩니다. 다양한 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
