Fibrinogen-like 1 (FGL1)는 fibrinogen 계열에 속하는 단백질로, fibrinogen β 및 γ 서브유닛의 카복시 말단과 상동성을 가집니다. 이 단백질은 fibrinogen 및 관련 단백질의 보존된 시스테인 잔기를 포함하지만, 혈소판 결합 부위, 교차결합 영역, thrombin-sensitive site가 없어 fibrin 응고 형성에는 관여하지 않습니다. FGL1은 간세포암의 발달과 관련될 수 있으며, 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 네 가지 대체 스플라이스 전사체가 존재합니다.
