Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-1β and IL-1F6 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-1α and IL-18 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information
IL-36B는 interleukin 1 사이토카인 패밀리에 속하며, IL-1RL2 및 IL-1RAcP 수용체를 통해 NF-κB 경로를 활성화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. IL-36A 및 IL-36G와 유사하게, IL-36B는 완전한 작용을 위해 후번역적 절단이 필요하지만 그 메커니즘은 아직 밝혀지지 않았습니다. IL-36 사이토카인은 naïve CD4+ T 세포의 증식 및 Th1 극화를 촉진하여 Th1 반응을 증폭시키는 것으로 제안됩니다.
