Target Information
TSC2 (Tuberin, Tuberous sclerosis complex, TSC Complex Subunit 2)는 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있으며, 소포 수송 및 세포 성장 조절, 스테로이드 수용체 매개 전사 조절에 관여합니다.
TSC2는 hamartin과 세포질 복합체를 형성하여 hamartin의 샤페론 역할을 할 수 있습니다. Ser939 및 Thr1462 위치의 인산화는 hamartin과의 상호작용을 조절하며, PI3K/Akt 경로를 통해 다양한 성장 인자에 의해 자극됩니다.
TSC2는 RAP1A 및 RAB5의 GTPase 활성을 증가시켜 세포 성장 조절에 관여하며, TSC2 유전자 변이는 RAP1A의 지속적 활성화를 유발하여 림프관근종증 및 TSC2 혈관근지방종과 같은 질환과 관련됩니다.
대체 스플라이싱을 통해 세 가지 다른 isoform이 생성됩니다.
