Target Information
GAB2 유전자는 GRB2-associated binding protein (GAB) 유전자 계열에 속합니다. 이 단백질들은 pleckstrin homology (PH) 도메인을 포함하며 SHP2 tyrosine phosphatase 및 GRB2 adapter 단백질과 결합합니다.
세포 내 신호전달 경로에서 cytokine과 성장인자 수용체, T/B 세포 항원 수용체 자극에 대한 반응을 매개하는 어댑터 역할을 합니다.
GAB2는 고친화성 IgE 수용체 활성화에 반응하여 phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase의 주요 활성 인자로 작용합니다.
이 유전자는 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 두 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사체를 가집니다.
