Glucocorticoid receptor interacting protein-1 (GRIP1), also known as Transcription Intermediary Factor 2 (TIF2), is a transcriptional coactivator that interacts with various receptors including retinoic acid, retinoid X, vitamin D, mineralocorticoid, glucocorticoid, thyroid hormone, androgen, estrogen, progesterone, and PPARs.
GRIP1 contains several LXXLL/LLXXL motifs critical for receptor-coactivator interactions.
