Target Information
Histone acetylation과 deacetylation은 진핵생물 유전자 발현 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 다중 서브유닛 복합체에 의해 촉매됩니다.
HDAC1은 histone deacetylase/acuc/apha 계열에 속하며, histone deacetylase complex의 구성 요소입니다.
이 단백질은 retinoblastoma tumor-suppressor protein과 상호작용하며, 세포 증식 및 분화 조절의 핵심 요소로 작용합니다.
또한 metastasis-associated protein-2와 함께 p53을 탈아세틸화하여 세포 성장 및 apoptosis에 영향을 미칩니다.
