Target Information
PSMA7는 20S core proteasome 복합체의 구성 요소로, 대부분의 세포 내 단백질의 단백질분해에 관여합니다. 이 복합체는 다양한 조절 입자와 결합하여 세포 내 필수적인 역할을 수행합니다.
- 19S 조절 입자와 결합 시 26S proteasome을 형성하여 ATP 의존적인 유비퀴틴화된 단백질 분해에 참여합니다.
- 26S proteasome은 잘못 접히거나 손상된 단백질 제거를 통해 세포 기능 유지에 기여합니다.
- PA200 또는 PA28과 결합 시 유비퀴틴 비의존적 단백질 분해를 매개하며, 이는 정자형성(20S-PA200 복합체)과 MHC class I 항원 펩타이드 생성(20S-PA28 복합체) 경로에서 필요합니다.
- HIF-1A의 전사활성 억제 및 저산소 조건에서의 HIF-1A 분해를 촉진합니다.
- 간염 C 바이러스의 번역 및 안드로겐 수용체의 핵 이동에도 관여합니다.
