For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Cell-mediated immune responses are initiated by T lymphocytes that are stimulated by peptides bound to MHC molecules on antigen-presenting cells (APC).
Activated T cells express inhibitory receptors such as PD-1 (PDCD-1), which bind to ligands PDL-1 and PDL-2 to downregulate immune activation.
In PD-1 deficient mice, hyperactivated immune systems and autoimmune disorders are observed.
Despite its predicted molecular weight, PD-1 often migrates at a higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE.
