CD25 (IL-2 receptor alpha chain, IL2RA)는 T 및 B 림프구의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체입니다. IL2RA는 IL2RB 및 IL2RG와 함께 고친화성 IL-2 수용체를 구성합니다. IL-2는 주로 성숙한 T 세포에서 생성되며, 세포 성장, 분화, 사멸 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 B 세포 증식, 자연살해세포 활성 증가, 그리고 granulocyte macrophage colony 형성 억제에 관여합니다. IL2RA 유전자의 돌연변이는 interleukin 2 receptor alpha deficiency와 관련이 있습니다.
