For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) syndrome is a dominantly inherited familial cancer syndrome associated with various malignant and benign tumors.
Mutations in the VHL gene cause the syndrome. The encoded protein forms a complex with elongin B, elongin C, and cullin-2, functioning as a ubiquitin ligase E3.
It regulates degradation of hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF), a key transcription factor in oxygen-dependent gene expression.
POLR2G/RPB7 is also reported as a target.
Alternative splicing results in multiple isoforms.
