For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TCF12 (Transcription Factor 12), also known as HTF4, is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) E-protein family that recognizes the consensus binding site (E-box) CANNTG.
It is expressed in multiple tissues including skeletal muscle, thymus, B- and T-cells, and regulates lineage-specific gene expression through heterodimerization with other bHLH E-proteins.
TCF12, together with E2A, is required to block thymocyte proliferation prior to pre-TCR expression and is critical for proper T cell differentiation.
Recent studies indicate that TCF12 is essential for the development of invariant natural killer T cells.
