For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TCF12 (also known as HTF4) is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) E-protein family that recognizes the consensus binding site (E-box) CANNTG.
It is expressed in various tissues, including skeletal muscle, thymus, and B- and T-cells. TCF12 may regulate lineage-specific gene expression by forming heterodimers with other bHLH E-proteins.
In combination with E2A, TCF12 is required to block thymocyte proliferation before pre-TCR expression and plays a critical role in T cell differentiation.
Recent studies indicate that TCF12 is also essential for the development of invariant natural killer T cells.
