JES6-5H4 항체는 mouse interleukin-2 (IL-2, 17 kDa T 세포 성장 인자 및 주요 면역조절 사이토카인)에 반응합니다.
이 항체는 intracellular staining 후 flow cytometric 분석에 사용 가능합니다.
1 µg/test 이하로 사용 가능하며, 최적의 성능을 위해 적절한 titration이 권장됩니다.
세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정합니다.
- Light Sensitivity: PE-Cyanine7은 광산화에 민감하므로, 시료 및 바이알을 빛으로부터 보호해야 합니다.
- Fixation: IC Fixation Buffer 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution을 사용하여 4°C 암조건에서 최대 3일간 보관 가능.
- Excitation/Emission: 488–561 nm / 775 nm; Laser: Blue, Green, Yellow-Green.
- Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
