Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The MTHFR protein catalyzes the conversion of 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate to 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, which serves as a co-substrate for homocysteine remethylation to methionine.
Genetic variations in this gene are linked to susceptibility to occlusive vascular disease, neural tube defects, colon cancer, and acute leukemia.
Mutations are associated with methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase deficiency.
