Target Information
Annexin VI는 칼슘 의존적 막 및 인지질 결합 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질들은 주로 세포막 관련 과정, 특히 분비 상피세포의 외포작용(exocytosis) 동안 엔도솜 응집과 소포 융합에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. Annexin VI 유전자는 약 60 kbp 길이로 26개의 엑손을 포함하며, 약 68 kDa의 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 8개의 68 아미노산 반복 서열로 구성되어 있으며, 인간 Annexin I 및 II와 높은 상동성을 가집니다. 엑손 21은 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 6개의 아미노산이 추가된 두 가지 이소폼을 생성합니다.
