For larger sizes, the number of freeze/thaws may be reduced by preparing aliquots (aliquots below 20 µL are not recommended).
Do not store the kinase diluted.

Target Information

IL-1 receptor associated kinases (IRAKs) are serine/threonine kinases involved in signaling via Toll/IL-1 pathways.
Overexpression of IRAK4 activates NF-kappa-B and MAPK pathways. IRAK4 interacts with and phosphorylates IRAK1.
IRAK4-deficient animals are completely resistant to LPS challenge, and both animals and humans lacking IRAK4 show impaired responses to viral and bacterial challenges.
Members of the IRAK/Pelle family play a central role in IL-1R/TLR-mediated inflammatory responses and innate immunity.
