Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use materials in original packaging until exhausted.
For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (not below 20 µL).
Do not store diluted kinase.

Target Information
DAPK2 is a calcium/calmodulin-dependent kinase acting as a positive regulator of apoptosis, expressed in various tissues.
It belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family and contains an N-terminal kinase domain followed by a conserved calmodulin-binding domain similar to DAPK1.
Overexpression induces apoptosis and uses multiple polyadenylation sites.
