Target Information
JM4 is a 19 kDa four-transmembrane protein that binds to the CCR5 receptor. It plays a role in regulating intracellular protein transport and is expressed in normal brain, small intestine, lung, spleen, and pancreas. It has also been detected in tumors of the breast, colon, lung, and ovary.
