Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DOK7 protein is essential for neuromuscular synaptogenesis. It activates muscle-specific receptor kinase, promoting postsynaptic differentiation and clustering of acetylcholine receptors in myotubes. Mutations in DOK7 cause familial limb-girdle myasthenia (congenital myasthenic syndrome type 1B). Multiple transcript variants exist due to alternative splicing.
