Target Information
GluR1 (glutamate receptor 1)는 이온성 글루탐산 수용체로, 중추신경계의 많은 시냅스에서 흥분성 신경전달물질인 L-glutamate와 결합하여 양이온 채널을 개방하고 화학 신호를 전기적 신호로 변환합니다. 수용체는 신속히 탈감작되어 일시적인 비활성 상태로 들어가며, CACNG4, CACNG7, 또는 CACNG8의 존재 시 재감작(resensitization)을 보여 지속적인 글루탐산 자극 시 전류 유입이 지연되어 누적되는 현상이 나타납니다.
