Target Information
GluR1 (glutamate receptor 1)은 이온성 글루탐산 수용체로, 중추신경계의 여러 시냅스에서 흥분성 신경전달물질인 L-glutamate에 의해 활성화됩니다. L-glutamate 결합 시 수용체의 구조 변화가 일어나 양이온 채널이 열리며, 화학 신호가 전기 신호로 변환됩니다. 이후 수용체는 빠르게 탈감작되어 일시적인 불활성 상태로 전환됩니다. CACNG4, CACNG7, 또는 CACNG8의 존재하에서는 GluR1이 재감작(resensitization)을 보이며, 지속적인 glutamate 자극 시 전류 흐름이 지연되어 누적되는 특성을 나타냅니다.
