Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double-distilled water (DDW) depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors are ionotropic glutamate-gated ion channels involved in synaptic plasticity and memory formation.
They are heteromeric complexes composed of the NMDAR1 (GRIN1) subunit and one or more of NMDAR2 subunits (GRIN2A, GRIN2B, GRIN2C, GRIN2D).
Alternative splicing generates multiple isoforms of these subunits.
