Description:
CRM56 항체는 인간 및 개코원숭이(baboon) IL-1β를 인식합니다. IL-1β는 주로 단핵구(monocytes)에서 분비되는 17 kDa 인자이며, T-helper 세포에서 IL-2 분비 및 수용체 발현을 유도하고, B 세포의 증식과 면역글로불린 합성을 촉진합니다.

CRM56 항체는 세포 내 유세포분석(intracellular flow cytometry)에 사용됩니다.
Applications Tested:
사전 적정(pre-titrated)된 항체로, 5 µL (0.125 µg)/test 사용을 권장합니다. 1 test는 100 µL 최종 부피에서 세포 샘플을 염색하는 데 필요한 항체 양을 의미하며, 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정해야 합니다.

Target: Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β)
IL-1β는 단핵구, 대식세포, 수지상세포에서 발현되는 염증성 사이토카인입니다. 31 kDa 전구체로 합성되어 염증자극 시 세포질에 축적되며, inflammasome 활성화에 의해 17 kDa 활성형으로 절단됩니다. 활성화된 caspase-1이 pro-IL-1β를 절단하며, IL-1β는 비정상적인 분비경로를 통해 방출됩니다. IL-1RI 및 IL-1RII 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달하며, IL-1RA에 의해 길항될 수 있습니다.
IL-1β는 선천면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 감염 및 손상 시 급성 염증 반응을 유도합니다. 높은 IL-1β 수준은 만성 염증성 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
