Hairless (CG5460, CT36411, CT17282) is a transcriptional co-repressor containing multiple domains including a Paired box domain, KX-repeat domain, NEDL-repeat domain, and a serine-rich domain. It acts as an antagonist of the Notch signaling pathway in Drosophila.
