Target Information
FGFR1 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1, FLT2)는 4개의 막관통 티로신 키나아제 수용체(FGFR1-4)로 구성된 FGF 수용체 패밀리의 일원으로, 17종의 성장인자(FGF1-17)에 대한 고친화성 수용체로 작용합니다. FGF 수용체 패밀리는 중배엽 유도 및 패턴 형성, 세포 성장과 이동, 기관 형성, 골 성장 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
FGFR1은 다양한 스플라이스 변이를 가지며, 배아 발달 및 성체에서 차등적으로 발현됩니다. FGFR1의 결함은 Pfeiffer 증후군, Kallmann 증후군, Osteoglophonic dysplasia, Jackson-Weiss 증후군, Antley-Bixler 증후군 등 여러 질환과 관련이 있습니다. 또한 FGFR1 관련 염색체 이상은 조혈모세포 증식성 질환 및 백혈병-림프종 증후군과 연관됩니다.
