Target Information
FLIP (CFLAR)은 세포 생존과 사멸 경로 사이의 중요한 연결 고리 역할을 하는 세포사멸 조절 단백질입니다. TNFRSF6 매개 세포사멸을 억제하며, p43 단편이 DISC(Death-Inducing Signaling Complex)에 남아 caspase-8의 추가 결합 및 처리 과정을 차단합니다. 전체 길이 및 짧은 아이소폼은 세포사멸을 유도하거나 TNFRSF 유발 세포사멸을 감소시킬 수 있습니다. 효소적(caspase) 활성을 가지지 않습니다.
