Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CEP72 is involved in the recruitment of key centrosomal proteins to the centrosome. It provides centrosomal microtubule-nucleation activity on gamma-tubulin ring complexes (gamma-TuRCs) and plays a critical role in forming a focused bipolar spindle, essential for proper tension generation between sister chromatids. It is required for localization of KIZ, AKAP9, and gamma-tubulin ring complexes (gamma-TuRCs).
